Texas AG Ken Paxton Files Petition to Review OSMRE’s “Stream Protection Rule”

Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a petition alongside 12 states seeking review and injunction against the recently enacted “Stream Protection Rule.” The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement finalized the rule in December.
