TCEQ has published a new guidance document (PDF) for the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS); beginning January 1, 2025, all Emissions Banking and Trading Applications (EBT) will be required to submit electronically through STEERS. The new STEERS Guidance document provides detailed information on how to set up a STEERS account, access EBT Portfolios, and prepare applications for submission. Users can also update EBT facility and account contact information via STEERS.
