CSSB 655 the Railroad Commission Sunset Bill was laid out on the House floor today for debate. After hours of discussion and several adopted amendments, a point of order was called on the legislation and it was sustained. The bill was sent back to committee which has now voted out the bill. It has been reported the bill could be back for debate on the House floor early next week.
