The Public Utility Commission of Texas proposes amendments to §25.502, relating to pricing safeguards in markets operated by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas. The proposed amendments will remove provisions relating to commission approval of ERCOT protocol amendments related to non-competitive constraints that are no longer needed, and make stylistic updates.
Comments on the proposed amendments may be filed with the commission’s filing clerk within 15 days after publication in the September 13th Texas Register.
