- Article III Public Education – Taylor (Chair), Bettencourt, Lucio, Perry
- Article III Higher Education – Creighton (Chair), Bettencourt, Buckingham, West
- Articles VI, VII & VIII – Nichols (Chair), Hancock, Perry, Whitmire
