Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a motion requesting that the U.S. Supreme Court stay a recent court ruling that invalidated portions of the Texas House legislative district map. Previously, the U.S. Supreme Court granted a stay on a similar ruling invalidating two of Texas' 36 congressional districts.
