During its April meeting, the Board of Directors of the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) approved a motion appointing Kevin Patteson, former Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) executive administrator, as GBRA’s new general manager and chief executive officer. Patteson will assume his duties as general manager beginning Monday, May 2, 2016.
