The House Committee on Public Education during their February 17 meeting announced the members of the Special Committee on Teacher Quality – Reps.: Dan Huberty- chair (R-Houston), Joe Deshotel- vice chair (D- Beaumont), Harold V. Dutton, Jr. (D- Houston), Marsha Farney (R- Georgetown), and Gary VanDeaver (R-New Boston).
