The Texas Water Development Board will hold a public hearing on U.S. Iron and Steel provisions that were amended by the passage of Senate Bill 1289 during the 85th Legislative Session. The Board will accept public comments on the rules and guidance document until 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2018.
